SSI Swim Instructor Program (16 + years)

Become a swim professional in any of the diverse specialities we offer, and challenge yourself by developing your skills and make a career out of your passion.

We can tailor your training to work around other commitments that you have and the same goes for flexible working hours.

Gain an internationally recognised license in the following specialities and note that any pre-requisite training can be provided by Frogs.

You need to be a safe swimmer and qualified in rescue competencies with knowledge of CPR according to the latest international standards in order to take part in any of the courses below:

Auge SSI Swim Teacher Baby

Qualify to teach water habituation to babies from 0 to 3 years old. In these sessions our babies are always accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must also be over 16 years old.

Auge SSI Swim Teacher Level 1

For over 16 years of age only. After completing this course you can teach children from 3 years and teens up to 17 years of age how to swim with a proper stroke in any pool.

Auge SSI Swim Teacher Level 2 

you need to have completed Level 1 Swim Instructor course before moving on to Level 2. Here you will qualify to teach advanced swimmers in various swim techniques.

Auge SSI Swim Teacher Adult

Here you must be over 18 years old and have achieved the Level 2 Swim Instructor qualification. Our adult students are aged from 18 years and up.

Auge SSI Swim Coach Adult

Qualified to teach adults which can swim already and want to improve a certain stroke or learn a new stroke. To participate in this course you don't need to have any other swim teacher certification.

Auge SSI Lifeguard

In order to become a Lifeguard, you must have completed the Frogs rescue training program, be at least 16 years of age and have a current First Aid certification.

Auge SSI React Right

For ages 18 years and up. This course will give you all the tools you need to be able to teach the latest First Aid and CPR procedures.

Other Frogs swim professional levels:

Auge Sea Swim Coach

This teaching level can be achieved by teens with a minimum age of 14, as well as adults. Our coaches are always accompanied by a qualified swim instructor and we want them to share their passion for swimming by being an inspiration and a mentor to our sea swimmers.

Auge Special Needs Teacher

To be a special needs teacher takes a special kind of person (minimum 16 years) who is both qualified in medical first aid but is also enthusiastic, caring and patient and will create a safe and friendly environment that will get the best from our extraordinary students.

Auge Personal Swim Trainer

All of the above-mentioned courses must have been completed and the minimum age is 23 years. Our Personal Swim Trainers have been working with the Frogs standards for approximately 3 years before moving on to this level.
